Our website is hosted on an Amazon based server that is managed by a third-party consultant that specializes in designing, managing and securing web services. Information sent and received from and stored on these servers is encrypted and these servers are behind a firewall.  Your information may be stored on these servers.  No personal information is shared with or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

 

How do we communicate with our site visitors?

We may contact you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems, to resolve a dispute or to enforce our user agreement, applicable laws and any other agreement we may have with you. We  may contact you via email, telephone, text messages and postal mail.  We will only communicate with you via text message if you have previously provided consent for the sending of informational based text messages to your mobile phone number.

How do we use cookies and other tracking tools?

We use service providers to provide insights and analytics that help us improve our products and services. One example we use is Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors engage with our sites and applications. Analytics cookies such as those used by Google Analytics collect information such as your IP address, device type, operating system, referring URLs, location and pages visited.

How can you withdraw your consent for collection of and deletion of personal information?

Opting out of informational based text messages

You can reply to any informational based text message you may receive from us with the word STOP and we will discontinue text messaging until we receive written instructions from you to resume text-based communications.
