Get to Know Jenna Andryeyeva

What is your role at Stavis Wealth Transfer Solutions and what does it entail?

At Stavis Wealth, I serve as the Director of Advisory Services, specializing in sophisticated financial and multi-generational estate planning.  My primary focus is on providing white-glove insurance servicing, ensuring that clients receive tailored solutions for complex planning needs.

On a day-to-day basis, I manage high-level client interactions, oversee detailed insurance analyses, and coordinate with estate attorneys to craft strategies that align with clients’ long-term financial goals.

Tell us a little bit about your path here, specifically your education and professional experience.

I’m originally from Ukraine, where I earned my degree in International Economics and Management from Kyiv National Economic University, one of the top economic universities in the country. During my senior year, I concentrated on Financial Analytics and was part of a team that won the CFA Research Challenge in Ukraine, allowing us to present our case in Chicago for the Regional Round. I further enhanced my studies with coursework in Finance and Data Analysis at Konstanz University in Germany and received financial modeling training through the EY Business Academy.

My professional journey began with an internship at Knight Frank in the Commercial Real Estate Investment division. Later, I transitioned into a role as a marketing data analyst, working with banks and insurance companies. To deepen my analytics expertise, I completed a graduate-level training course in Data Analysis before joining Stavis Wealth. Currently, I’m enrolled in the Rice CFP Program, as I’m working toward my CFP designation to broaden my financial planning skills.

What do you think it is that makes Stavis Wealth unique?

Stavis Wealth is distinctive due to its incredible team and the holistic approach we bring to client relationships. Every team member, whether in planning, business development, or administration, shares the same commitment to providing an exceptional client experience.

From detailed plan presentations to organizing client events, we ensure each client feels like they are our top priority. Our planning style, tailored to a multigenerational view of each client’s financial picture, is perfectly suited to the needs of the market we serve.

You mentioned above that you are currently studying for your CFP exam.  How do you balance your work with preparing for the exam?

Balancing work and CFP preparation requires consistent routines, scheduling, and…a lot of teamwork with my husband!  As the CFP program demands a significant time commitment, setting a structured schedule helps me prioritize weekly goals so I can stay organized and prevent things from falling through the cracks. I’m also incredibly grateful for my husband’s support, which allows me to focus on both working and studying.

Enough about work - tell us a little about your life outside of the office?

Outside the office, I’m as busy as ever, spending most of my free time with my family. My husband and I have a 4-year-old son, and he has a boundless energy that keeps me on my toes! I love hiking and being outdoors, as it brings me peace and joy. Fitness is another passion of mine, and I make exercise a priority in my life—it’s definitely a family trait!
