Vanessa currently serves as Office Manager & Insurance Servicing Liaison to the Stavis Wealth Transfer Solutions team. Her responsibilities include coordinating meetings, preparing reports and presentations, conducting research, and managing office logistics. Vanessa excels in building and nurturing high-profile relationships with clients. As the Insurance Servicing Liaison, Vanessa collaborates with the Stavis Wealth team, clients, and insurance companies to ensure seamless communication and effective servicing. 

Vanessa brings a wealth of experience from her previous experience in Hard Money Lending, Furniture Manufacturing, and the Oil & Gas industry. She is a certified Mediator as well as a Master Loan Processor. Vanessa's deep understanding of human behavior within organizational dynamics further enhances her ability to contribute effectively to the success of the executive team and the organization as a whole.

Vanessa's educational background includes a Master's degree in Behavioral Science with a specialization in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston at Clear Lake, as well as an undergraduate degree in Humanities from the University of Houston Downtown Campus.
